What this site is

TrackedSurvey hosts online research surveys operated by Union Street Enterprises. People reach a survey here through an invitation link from a survey panel site they are already a member of. There is no account to create and nothing to sign up for on this site.

What we collect

• Your survey answers. The responses you give to the questions you are shown.
• Identifiers from your invitation link. A member number and a session reference supplied by the panel site that sent you here. These let us record that you finished the survey so the panel site can credit you.
• Technical details of your visit. Your IP address, browser and device type, and how long you spend on each page. We use these to check that responses are genuine.
• A recording of how you use the page. We record the way people move through a survey — scrolling, clicking, and where they pause — so we can find the places people get stuck and fix them. This is handled for us by Inspectlet, a session recording service. What you type into write-in boxes and number fields is hidden from the recording and is never sent to them.

What we do not collect

This site does not ask for your name, email address, postal address, or payment details, and it does not receive them from the panel site.

How we use it

Survey answers are used for research. Results are reported in aggregate. The identifiers from your invitation link are used to confirm your participation to the panel site that sent you, and to prevent the same person completing a survey more than once. Technical details are used for quality and fraud checks.

Who else sees it

Survey answers stay with us. The page-use recordings described above are stored by Inspectlet on our behalf, and the member number from your invitation link is attached to them so we can match a recording to a survey attempt. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

Cookies

We set one cookie that keeps your place in a survey while you are taking it. It is not used for advertising and it is not shared.
